Important - Delivery Timeframe 

Please note: We Understand that you cannot wait to receive your order, therefore we try our best to send out your packages as soon as you place the order! All orders received before 11 AM local Melbourne time on a business day will be shipped out the same day, otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day! The timeframes does not include the processing time and please allow 24-48 hours to dispatch your order during busy times. 

Please make sure to fill out your correct contact details (full name, address etc) at checkout to prevent any postal delays. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

If you have not received your packages within our estimated timeframes, please email us your full name and order number and we will look into that immediately.  We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside these times. Delays are rare, but can happen unexpectedly. We will do our best to fix any issues that may arise in regards to your order being delivered.

Delivery time frames for International orders are dependent on how long the parcel takes to clear in customs. This is out of our control. 

Track Your Package 

Once a package has left our warehouse you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. You can use that information to track your order. 

We use Australian post, Sendler or DHL courier service to ship your items depending on the delivery location. 

Please note that we have very little control over it once the packages have been sent to the carrier. Rushi is not responsible for any delays, missing parcels caused by the carrier or due to the errors on the customers’ part. 

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging redelivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

International Customers
