Return Policy

We hope you love your order but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only!

How Does It Work?

1. Read and understand our return policy 
2. Email info@rushi.com.au with below information:
    • Your Name
    • Order ID
    • Item names/codes with the reason for return 
    • Any additional comments 

      3. Then we will provide you with a return address to send the items back to us
      4. Pack your return items with the return form and the tags still attached
      5. Send us the items within 14 days of receiving your order

      Online Return Policy 

      • Full priced items can be returned back to us for online store credit only
      • We do not provide refunds or straight exchange. Online credits can be used to purchase another size/colour if we have the stock or you can get another item
      • Credits are the value of the item/s only and do not include postage
      • Item must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date
      • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed
      • Item must have all tags attached 
      • Items purchased using AFTERPAY follow the same return conditions and you will be issued store credit upon receiving your items. Continue to pay your balance off in the normal payment schedule to Afterpay. Your credit will be available to be used immediately. We do not cancel AFTERPAY payments if you choose to return the items
      • Rushi is not responsible for the cost of return shipping 

      What cannot be returned 

      • Sale items that are 50% off or more
      • Swimwear and Undergarments due to hygiene concerns
      • Accessories
      • Any items that fail to comply with the above return conditions

      Faulty Items 

      Please check your item over carefully upon receiving it. If your item is faulty, the item can be returned to be assessed. If the item is faulty you will be refunded in accordance with your consumer rights. If the tags have been removed and the item has been worn we will be unable to accept the item back. Any claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact us info@rushi.com.au immediately if your item is faulty.
