I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

It is possible that you may have entered a wrong email address or it’s gone to your junk folder. Please contact us as soon as possible for us to investigate this

Can I cancel my order?

If you contact us before your order has been picked and packed, you certainly can! You will be issued store credits for the value of the item/s you would like to cancel. As this is a change of mind, we cannot offer a refund.

Why am I being charged an additional fee for clearance?

Some international customers are required to pay all sales taxes, duties and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges will be your responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
